About Steven

Steven graduated with a Masters Degree in Architecture and he was a part-time lecturer teaching architectural design in the National University of Singapore for 16 years. He also taught interior design in Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.

In 2005, Steven was invited as a guest speaker to a 5-days Seminar and Workshop in Singapore. The theme of his sharing was based on `transitional spaces’. This workshop deals with different in-between spaces in our living environment.

Steven immigrated to Auckland 10 years ago and he practised architectural & interior design. Steven won a few design awards both in Singapore and Auckland. Lately, he has started his own consultancy services in both real estate and architectural design. He connects real estate, architecture and your living experience all under one roof.

Architectural Design

Steven believes that good architecture begins with good and creative concept. The next step is to create different functional spaces with aesthetic value and meaning.

Space has meaning and they relate to one another both inside and outside.

Interior Design

Interior design is more than beautiful furniture, colors of wall, and fabric etc. It is about space and lifestyle, meaningful relationships among people and things within that environment. A good interior design is not just for show but a living lifestyle incorporated.

 

Real Estate

Real Estate is more than selling and buying a property, it is about understanding the market condition, property information. The most important is to understand the design aspect of the property and the potential that the property offers.
